Many insurance companies are requiring you as the customer to call them directly. Although some of the companies are answered directly by the insurance company, others are answered by third party adminstrators, some of whom use their own glass shops. You may find that our shop may not be on their preferred list. You must request Tiny & Sons in order to not use the insurance company’s glass shop. And don’t worry; we accept their terms and conditions.Please call us if you are unsure if your insurance company requires this, as some do not.
