“Hi, I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with your company today.  When I came out of work yesterday, my rear passenger window of my jeep was smashed.  I called my insurance company and they gave me your name.  It was after hours when I called, but I had a call back first thing this morning, and a new window before lunch!  There was broken glass in the back of my jeep, and it was cleaned spotless.
